Jesse’s Liquor Store is an extension of what we’ve always been: a community spot that believes good times should be easy to take home. Our roots go back to 2002, when Jesse Walcutt, supported by his grandmother, Jeannie Stanford, opened the first Jesse’s Xtreme Sports Bar. What started as a passion project grew into something bigger: a Margate tradition built on family, familiar faces, and the kind of atmosphere where everybody belongs.

After planting our roots in Margate in 2006, Jesse and his wife Jennifer Scaletta helped shape Jesse’s into the neighborhood place it is today. In 2021, longtime General Manager Lisa Machado became a partner, solidifying what regulars already knew: this business is run by the family that works here.

In 2022, we became Jesse’s Sports Bar & Grill, & Liquor Store, because our guests wanted more of what we do best: great service, fair prices, and the convenience of grabbing what you need without making another stop.

Inside our liquor store, you’ll find a solid selection of spirits, wine, and ready to party essentials, with a team that’s happy to help you pick the right bottle whether you’re stocking the bar cart, planning a celebration, bringing something to dinner, or just grabbing your go to.
